Pan Fried Tofu

1 pack of firm tofu
Seasoned Soy Sauce:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon finely sliced scallion
1 tablespoon minced long green pepper, or any other pepper available
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seed toasted
2 teaspoons Korean red pepper powder
Mix the soy sauce ingredients well. Slice the tofu into 2 inch x 2 inch and 1/2 thickness. Dab the water on the paper towel and coat them with cornstarch. Use a non-stick pan with a little oil over medium heat and pan fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown. Sit the tofu over a paper towel to get remove excess oil. Place them on a plate and drizzle with the seasoned soy sauce. Serve them at room temperature or cold.
