By Litty Mathew & Melkon Khosrovian, Modern Spirits Vodka

Serves 1

1 ½ ounce Modern Spirits Candied Ginger Vodka
1 ounce lemon grass-infused simple syrup
3 ounces club soda
Generous squeeze of lime
Lemongrass for garnish

Serve over ice in a tall glass and garnish with lime and lemongrass.
