Luis Aguilar’s specialty is “Nuevo Latino Fusion” where he uses traditional recipes and gives them his new millenium flair. He has studied fine cuisines from all around the world especially Spain, France, Italy, Latin America, and Asia which he fuses with his style of Latin cooking techniques and presentation to produce unique dishes.
Aguilar is also known as the Dancing Gourmet as he dances to his favorite music and cooks his favorite foods at the same time before an audience. Chef Luis was inducted into the Culinary Hall of Fame in August 2005.
