Born at Hennebon, Brittany, Didier Corlou, has cooked for presidents in Africa, show biz stars in Bora Bora, royalty in Malaysia, the king of Cambodia, and has worked across the globe, including Africa, Polynesia, the Caribbeans and Southeast Asia. Corlou’s restaurant “Spices Garden” in Hanoi city stands out for its fusion of French ingredients with the Vietnamese taste.

While Corlou won the Master Chef of France award in 2004, his book “ Didier Corlou’s Vietnamese Cuisine” was awarded the Best Asian Cuisine Book in the world by The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2005. for more information, please go to www.didiercorlou.com.
