Jason Ha is the creator of Zip Fusion Restaurants, highly acclaimed by critics and the community for cuisine and lively hospitality since their openings in 2002 and 2005. Ha’s family owned and operated a number of eastern and western restaurants in Korea. Jason researched dining fare throughout Asia before coming to California in 1988, where he found “the most amazing fresh ingredients available year-around to play into my healthy Korean-based Asian fusion dishes.”
Executive Chef, Sean An, brings to the Zip kitchen his extensive background of cooking for high officers in the Korean military. His sense of artistry and flavor balance play a major role in creating Zip Fusion dishes with Ha in carrying out the design concept of Zip.

Hello! This is perhaps the greatest salad on the north american continent. I would fly to LA just to go have it at Zip, and I would grab one to go for the plane out of town. I was so excited to find this page because I want to make this at home, but this doesn’t include the recipes for the actual seaweed salad! Only the components around the salads. Where are the recipes for the various treatments of the various types of seaweed. Aren’t there three?
