Entrepreneur and vodka enthusiast Melkon Khosrovian and his wife, writer Litty Mathew, founded Modern Spirits in 2004 to produce vodkas good enough to sip and pair with food. They make Modern Spirits in small batches and use artisanal infusion methods to produce their vodkas textured, full-bodied flavors and jewel tones.
