Tony Su has twenty years of experience in the professional kitchen; he started with an assistant position in famous San Francisco Chinese restaurants. Soon, his unique ability to create his own style earned him respect among peers. His popular “home-style” dishes using his wok-frying technique created a strong following among authentic Chinese food aficionados.
In 1993, he became executive chef of ABC Food Group of Restaurants in San Francisco. He worked as the co-executive Chef at Culinary Wonderland, Inc., which owns and operates New Canton Seafood Restaurant, Sacramento; Asian Pearl in Richard, and Macau Café in both California cities.
