Hsiu-Pao Tseng has been the Executive Chef of Tien Hsiang Lo at the The Landis Taipei Hotel since 1981. He began his culinary career at the age of 15 and has worked at numerous major restaurants throughout the country.
Chef Tseng specializes in Hangzhou delicacies and he won the Gold medal and the Copper tripod prize in the 1992 Chinese Culinary Competition.
He is a favorite subject for local and overseas media, and makes frequent guest appearances on television shows.
