Rice Noodles

Rice noodles are made from rice flour, water, and salt. They can be thick or very thin. The classic Asian dish, Pad Thai, usually uses rice noodles. Rice noodles are most commonly used in the cuisines of Southeast Asia and are available fresh, frozen, or dried, in various shapes and thicknesses.

    i would like to the the rice noodles use in vietnamese spring roll is which type.. because what i had in ho chi minh city, the texture of the rice noodles is different from the dry one. i wondering if they are using their own special kind of rice noodles…i live in singapore. thank you
