Korean Buckwheat Noodles

Buckwheat noodles are made from buckwheat flour and potato starch. They are brownish in color and are translucent. The noodles are usually eaten cold.  These noodles are used for Korean dishes like naeng myun, a refreshing cold noodle dish eaten in the summer.
