Hokkien Noodles are egg and wheat-flour noodles which are very popular in Malaysia and Singapore. They look like thick yellow spaghetti. Popular dishes using Hokkien Noodles are the Hokkien Prawn Noodles and the Hokkien Fried Noodles.
