I have used both store bought and home made wrappers. Both work, but yesterday I made Andrea’s dough, and will steam dumplings later today. I agree that purchasing Andrea’s book is a good investment.

Ann Marie — Buy Andrea’s book. It’s got the dough recipe and a ton of delicious dumpling recipes and ideas.

Thanks for sharing the recipe, though it would be nice to also have the dough recipe to go along with it. I guess I can substitute purchased wrappers, though I’m sure they won’t be as good!
