Ginger Lime Dip

Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken or seafood.
Makes 1⁄2 cup (125 ml)
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup (80 ml) fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons mirin or sweet sherry
Combine all the ingredients in a screwtop jar and shake until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
