Lime Soy Dip

Serve as a dipping sauce with seafood, chicken or fish.
Makes 1⁄3 cup (80 ml)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 green onion (scallion), thinly sliced
Stir all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to
7 days.
