    Nice recipe. Must be a family recipe since i have never seen Carrots in Galbi in Korea. I just did a bulgogi recipe which in Korea they pretty much use the same for Galbi as well: http://delishhh.com/?p=1151 and where is the kimchi :)

    Very tasty. I left the bones as 2 x 4, cut the meat down the middle on the bone and cooked for much longer than 55 minutes. Fall off the bone delicious.
