Tokyo Rose

Ginger adds a spicy touch to this Asian twist on the classic Cosmopolitan from Mie N Yu.
2 1/2 oz (75 ml) Ginger-Infused Vodka
1/2 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
1 1/2 oz (45 ml) cranberry juice
Splash of freshly squeezed lime juice
One piece pickled ginger, for garnish
Combine all the ingredients in an iced shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float a piece of pickled ginger on top of the cocktail.
