Lychee-Infused Vodka

This subtle infusion is highly mixable and a great way to add an Asian flavor to cocktails.

10 lychees

One 750-ml bottle vodka

Place the lychees in a clean glass jar. Pour the vodka ov

er the lychees and seal. Set aside to infuse from 3 to 4 day to 1 week, tasting periodically. Strain and rebottle the infused vodka.
