    Just made these. Great. I used the Red Dragon Sauce from p60 of Momofuku. The key is, obviously the meat. And marinate the meat. It’s very important. Lots of prep but not much cooking and easy to assemble. This has just gone into the rotation on our house menu. Thanks!
