Blueberry Lassi
Posted on 01. Fri, 2010 by grace in Drinks, Indian
In rural India, lassis are normally drunk during the day for breakfast or lunch. It is taken before the meal, during the meal or even after the meal. This unique blueberry lassi is best drunk in the summer season. Though blueberry is not an Indian fruit, I made this low calorie lassi because blue berries have got high concentration of antioxidants, which combat the free radical damage that can lead to cancer, heart disease and aging. – J.K.
