BABY BOK CHOY SALAD

Ingredients

1/4 lb baby bok choy

For Vinaigrette

3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs finely sliced scallion
1 tbs minced long green pepper, or any other available pepper
1/2 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seed toasted
2 tsp Korean red pepper powder
3 tbs white vinegar
1 tbs sugar

 

 

Method

Mix vinaigrette ingredients well. Cut baby bok choy into quarters. Clean well with water and drain. Toss well with the vinaigrette, let sit for 15 minutes and serve.
