PAN FRIED TOFU

Ingredients

1 pack of firm tofu

Seasoned Soy Sauce
3 tbs soy sauce
1/2 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs finely sliced scallion
1 tbs minced long green pepper, or any other pepper available
1/2 tbs sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seed toasted
2 tsp Korean red pepper powder

 

 

Method

Mix the soy sauce ingredients well.

Slice the tofu into 2 inch x 2 inch and 1/2 thickness. Dab the water on the paper towel and coat them with cornstarch. Use a non-stick pan with a little oil over medium heat and pan fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

Sit the tofu over a paper towel to get remove excess oil. Place them on a plate and drizzle with the seasoned soy sauce. Serve them at room temperature or cold.
