But her talents were truly recognized as a pastry assistant at Fenix at the Argyle. At 18, under the guidance of Chef Ken Frank, Williamson won First Place in the Quady’s four Star Pastry Competition. Amuse Café is Williamson’s first restaurant where Williamson serves in the role of owner. She shares not only administrative duties with her partner, Nick Roberts, but also kitchen duties as co-chef.
