Chris Behre learnt his trade amid Sydney’s lively food scene, in the kitchens of some of Australia’s best-known chefs such as Janni Kyrstis & Tetsuya Wakuda. Chris has also spent time in Shanghai as Executive chef of the Crowne plaza where he developed his love for the cuisine & culture. He opened Mju restaurant for Millennium Hotels in London. After working for the group for 3 years & being assigned various projects in New York & Los Angeles. He also worked in Santa Monica where he ran Cinch restaurant & indulged in his love for fishing & surfing on the California coastline.
