<p><strong>Hisham Johari</strong> joins Wynn Las Vegas as            Executive Chef of Red 8, a bustling and vibrant Asian eatery specializing            in Southeast Asian flavors and Cantonese cuisine. <p>Johari began his culinary career in his native Malaysia when, after            earning a Certificate in Business Studies from the Malaysian Institute            of Technology, he attended a culinary training school. His career path brought            him to Beijing and then to the Raffles Hotel in Singapore.</p>
<p>At 21 years old, Johari was named “Best Young Chef in Malaysia” by the            Chefs Association of Malaysia and earned a “Golden Circle Award” for            his exemplary work at the Holiday Inn.</p>
