Originally from Taiwan, Jeff began his culinary career at an early age where he was exposed to Asian cuisine through various restaurants owned by his family.He has developed his own unique brand of Euro-Asian cuisine by including different elements of both asian and western cooking. Eager to share his interpretation of Pacific Rim fusion foods, Jeff started Bistro 88 in 1999. Jeff’s newest venture is Noodle-ism opened in July 2002.
