Philippe Chin is as much known for his culinary creative genius as for his distinctive persona. The Maitres Cuisiniers (Master Chef) of France, Chin is just as likely to be found tooling around the CSRA on his Harley-Davidson as behind the stove at his latest venture, CUIZINE. Born in Paris France and raised with influences from his Chinese grandfather, Chin comes by his refined Global cuisine naturally.  A James Beard Foundation nominee for Best Chef in the Mid-Atlantic in 1997, Chin was the chef and owner of Chanterelles and executive chef of Philippe on Locust in Philadelphia.
